Audio doesn't work for the videos!

Here are a few things to check:

The video keeps buffering!

Your internet connection may not be fast enough to stream high-quality video. Here are some actions that might help!

The videos won't play!

There are several programs that can prevent a video from playing on your computer. Please check to see if you have any installed! You can temporarily disable these programs one at a time to see if they are interfering.

The issue could also be related to a browser extension

Accessing Member Dashboard

I can log into the Dashboard, but it's telling me that I don't have access to the program that I purchased!

Please contact our customer service team at support@10XAdvisor.net. We will be able to sort this out for you!

I can't log into the Dashboard at all!

Please double check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Keep in mind that they are case sensitive! Your username (unless you have changed it) is the email that you used to purchase the program. If you forgot your password, you can enter your username and click on the "Forgot Password" link. If you still can't get in, please contact our customer service team at support@10XAdvisor.net.

I’ve forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve your information by going to the “Member Login” link in the top right-hand corner of the website.

At the bottom of the new white box that pop-us up, you’ll see two links that say “Forgot Password?” and “I have forgotten my username”. Click here and a new page will appear. You will be prompted to provide the email address that you used when you placed your order. An email will then be sent to that address with your current username and password.
